The freight cost is:

Damage during freight.

If you see that the package has a visible damage that could have damaged the clothes, then tell the post office to return the package to us. Write on the package why its returned.

Payments.

We use Maksuturva service.

Return policy.

In case of return of clothes for a new size, the buyer stands for both the freights to and from UFS. Contact us if that is the case. UFS will not refund clothes because of fading prints.

Prints.

Be aware that prints on denim jeans will fade in wash and with time. No refunds of money or exchange to a new style will be done because of fading prints on the clothes.

Sizes.

We measure the clothes as good as we can. There can be some small difference in widht and height of the clothes.

Force majeure.

If UFS fails to comply with the agreement because of unusual adverse circumstances outside of its control due to force majeure such as strikes, civil unrest, war or natural catastrophes such as earthquakes, volcanic action and other similar matters, then UFS can not be held responsible.
